Designed by Susan Kare, a pioneer of early computer graphic interface design, this set of black and white coasters were created on the Jacquard loom, an early example of computer-controlled machinery, operated with punched cards. These coasters celebrate the parallels between weaving and pixels; both rely on the idea of a grid spread across the surface of a medium. These reversible coasters are crafted from 100% organic cotton. Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Measures 3.5 x 3.5 in.
