The M&Co Bodoni watch designed by Tibor Kalman for Projects Watches is a watch in its most classic form. “Waste Not a Moment” is the guiding phrase behind M&Co's collection of watches, and with Bodni, there is nothing unnecessary about it. Originated in 1984, this timepiece features the iconic Bodoni typeface, characterized by its vertical stress, slight serif bracketing a vertical tail of Q and small upper bowl of g to name just a few. All set atop a minimalist white interface within a gold exterior frame, this timepiece is truly timeless. Founded by Tibor Kalman in 1979, M&Co is a New York-based graphic and product design consultancy known for its innovative use of imagery and type to create imaginative and witty designs. During its 14-year history, M&Co worked on a variety of projects ranging from videos and album covers to stationary and ID systems—including the title sequences for such movies as Jonathan Demme's Something Wild, Silence of the Lambs, and David Byrne's True Stories. Band measures 11 × 1.5 × .7 in. Watch face measures 1.3 in.
