Picasso Portrait of a Young Girl Postcard

Pablo Picasso, Portrait of a Young Girl, April 3, 1936. Printed in the USA. Measures 4 x 6 in.

Calder-Picasso presents a compelling conversation between the works of two artists engaged in a lifelong exploration of modernity: Alexander Calder and Pablo Picasso. Working both abstractly and representationally, Calder and Picasso explored three fundamental components of art: line, volume, and void. Their works transformed our conceptions of form and space—and thus the very definition of art itself.
