Gift Membership FAQ

Will my recipient be notified? While we ask for certain details, including phone and email address, rest assured that your recipient will not be contacted by the museums for 30 calendar days from your purchase.

Can I print something out as a gift? Yes, a personalized PDF letter of welcome is included automatically with your order confirmation email. You can print this immediately or email it to your recipient.

Can I include a gift message? Yes, please add the gift membership to your cart and visit the cart page to attach your gift message.

What gets shipped? Within 48 hours after your order is placed we send out a welcome packet containing one copy of our quarterly Fine Arts magazine, a member ID card, and relevant information on our museums, events, and exhibitions. Express options are available at checkout for a fee.

Where does the welcome packet get shipped? You may have the welcome packet shipped to yourself or to your recipient. The address you provide in the shipping section at checkout will be used. 

When does the membership begin? The membership is considered active from the date of purchase.
